La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding to create a Mobile Crisis Response Team. The role provides assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups, collaborating with community agencies to support patient care.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and NM independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT), with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in counseling, social work, psychology or LMFT/LPCC/LMFT.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
• Must work unconventional hours: weekends/evening/holiday.

Job Summary:
With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating a Mobile Crisis Response Team. This position will provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups; coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care, assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program.
