Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited or state approved program that meets criteria for licensing as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional clinical counselor, or clinical psychologist.
• Must be licensed and eligible to provide clinical supervision to Board of Behavioral Science standards in California (i.e. LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Ph.D or PsyD).
• 2 years post licensure with related supervisory experience and advanced clinical knowledge of best practices.
• Must be LPS certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) staff; provide hands-on coaching and guidance.
• Be on-call and available for crisis consultation in the field and during calls.
• Represent the MCOT program to external stakeholders and community resources.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to MCOT team members.
