Job summary

The Community Crisis Center Mobile Crisis Team Supervisor role at Billings Clinic in Billings, MT leads the mobile crisis team and supports daily operations to deliver safe, effective behavioral health care across shifts. This full-time position reports to the Program Director and is based on our Magnet-recognized campus.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Counseling or Psychology and Montana licensure or eligibility, plus demonstrated crisis supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology required.
• Licensure in Montana (LCPC, LCSW, psychologist) or ability to obtain before start.
• Previous supervisory and crisis service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mobile counselors and care coordinators; manage staff performance.
• Coordinate daily mobile team operations, scheduling and training.
• Administer grant activities, data collection, and partnerships.
• Develop mobile crisis policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
• Provide clinical leadership and serve as a resource for staff.
