Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Mobile Crisis - Supervisor to lead the Mobile Crisis Response Team and oversee clinical operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and promote high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluations, policy development, and collaboration with IT and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or current RN license recognized by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing.
• 5+ years of related experience in the mental health field.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Advanced computer experience; proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily operations and performs Mobile Crisis duties alongside staff to ensure smooth workflow and model best practices.
• Provides direct supervision to staff in assigned areas including new employee training, staff education, orientation resource, Quality Improvement monitoring, schedule creation and distribution, processing timecards, and completion of performance evaluations.
• Investigates and resolves patient and staff complaints within the assigned units.
• Ensures performance improvement activities are completed in collaboration with Executive Community Mental Health Liaison.
• Monitors staff and demonstrates clear expectations of accountability based on job descriptions and department needs.
