Job summary

The Lane County Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Service Team seeks a Swing Shift Crisis Services Supervisor to lead oversight of crisis services, support for the MCS program, and collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services partners. Responsibilities include supervision, program planning, and ensuring continuity of care across shifts.

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Four years of experience providing behavioral health services, including at least one year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Oregon licensure required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-Psychologist; Oregon Driver's License; NPI; transcripts; diploma; CV or resume.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings and provide group and individual supervision.
• Interact with individuals served and oversee crisis-related behavioral health projects.
• Document quality improvement and plan/workflow development for one or more programs.
• Provide 24/7 crisis response coverage as part of the MCS responding team when needed.
