Lane County Behavioral Health seeks compassionate Qualified Mental Health Associates to join Mobile Crisis Services of Lane County. In two-person teams, you will perform crisis assessment, intervention and safety planning in the community using standardized tools and evidence-informed practices.

Successful candidates will remain calm under pressure, use sound judgment and work with diverse communities to provide support, resources and follow-up referrals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science from an accredited university with major coursework in a mental health field.
• QMHA Certification through MHACBO is required.
• At least one year of work with mentally or emotionally disturbed clients is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide crisis assessment and safety planning in two-person response teams.
• Stabilize immediate concerns and connect individuals with appropriate resources.
• Provide follow-up referrals and case management as needed.
