Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a consumer of mental health or substance use services is beneficial but not required.
• Understanding recovery concepts and client rights.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt strength-based assessment and crisis response to clients in the community.
• Offer individualized guidance, coaching and support to promote recovery.
• Share knowledge of community resources and develop Person-Centered Crisis/Safety Plans.
• Collaborate with Mobile Crisis Team members in coordinating care and after-care follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while interacting with clients and external agencies.
