Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist to provide prompt, strength-based crisis assessment and response to individuals in the community, including children, adults, and families. The role integrates with the Mobile Crisis Team to support recovery and symptom management, within a time-limited service model.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Past or present consumer of mental health services with recovery progress.
• Experience in service-oriented field beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and strength-based assessment.
• Deliver individualized guidance, coaching, and support to clients.
• Coordinate with Mobile Crisis Team and other agencies as needed.
• Develop Person-Centered Crisis/Safety Plans with clients.
• Complete after-care follow-up and remind clients of appointments.
