Job summary

Zepf Center seeks a compassionate MRSS support professional to assist young adults in crisis within a multidisciplinary team in Northwest Ohio. The role emphasizes guiding clients through the system and supporting recovery efforts.

You will work in crisis settings, coordinate with family and referral sources, and help connect clients to community resources while upholding trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma required.
• CPR, First Aid and CPI training required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Lived experience with behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with MRSS team, clients, families and referral sources.
• Assist with behavior management and emergencies as needed.
• Provide individualized guidance, coaching and support to clients.
• Develop community supports and train on resources.
• Help increase clients' social support networks.
• Collaborate with other providers and families in care plans.
• Advocate for clients to protect rights and reduce stigma.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation.
• Provide services in agency and in field; assist with transportation.
• Occasionally cover regional calls; perform other duties.
