Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. invites you to join our Mobile Response Team as a Mobile Response Peer Support Specialist.

This entry-level role provides peer support under supervision, assisting individuals on their recovery journey and engaging in mentoring, advocacy, and relationship-building within community settings. The MRT delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services across communities in California, with a focus on providing compassionate, person-centered care

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mental health or substance use disorder lived experience is required.
• Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist certification or ability to obtain after hire.
• 80-hour Peer Support Learning or equivalent completed within 90 days of hire.
• Current techniques of behavioral intervention training within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer support under direct supervision of LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Engage in activities to support individuals seeking recovery.
• Mentor, advocate for people in recovery, and build relationships.
• Support crisis de-escalation and stabilization as part of the Mobile Response Team.
