Community Partners NH is seeking a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist to join the Emergency Services team. You will draw on lived experience to engage individuals in crisis, support access to services, and help craft individualized recovery plans.

You will advocate for clients, promote self-care and wellness, and may provide transportation as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to use technology to complete

Qualifications

• Lived experience of mental illness and recovery, or CRSW certification.
• Experience in a community mental health center or peer work is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology provided to perform duties.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability coverage.

Responsabilités
