Job summary

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in community-based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management Services.
Direct personal life experiences or experience with close family members may substitute for some or all of the experience requirement.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but NOT required.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide peer counseling and consultation to individual clients and families.
Act as liaison with community resources and collaborate to support crisis intervention under clinical supervision.
Carry out rehabilitation and support functions and assist in treatment, education, and support within the Mobile Crisis Team.
Promote recovery-focused, strengths-based care within a team-oriented environment.
