Job summary

Crisis Services is a 24-hour crisis center located in Buffalo, NY. We seek a Mobile Outreach Intake Worker to perform intake and follow-up for referrals, focused on client safety and suicide prevention.

The role supports the Emergency Outreach and Trauma Response Program and provides compassionate, structured crisis intervention onsite. The position is full-time (40 hours), with a 4x10 schedule on-site at Crisis Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in a human services-related field required.
• Experience providing services in mental health or human services settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake services and telephone follow-up for referrals.
• Support Emergency Outreach and Trauma Response Program opening a pathway to services and safety.
