Job summary

The position supports 24/7 crisis response with on-call rotations; requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year in mental health. Weekend availability and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required; related fields also acceptable with relevant coursework.
• One year of mental health field experience required; RN or HS diploma with social science coursework and experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and safety assessments.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely fashion.
• Maintain quality standards and perform duties during evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call hours.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
