Qualifications

• Experience: varies by education level, with required years of behavioral or mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response and intervention to clients on crisis calls in community or home settings where the crisis is occurring.
• Complete related data entry and documentation in accordance with agency policy.
• During an on-call shift, be available by telephone and be prepared to respond to calls within a 1-hour physical response region while coordinating with the on-call partner.
