UnityPoint Health - Eyerly Ball is seeking compassionate, resilient individuals to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. As a Mobile Crisis On-Call Counselor, you will provide on-site support and consultation to clients experiencing mental health crises in community or home settings.

This PRN, day-shift role offers base plus on-call pay, requires ability to respond within one hour, and involves travel within the Fort Dodge region to assist when crises occur.

Formación

• Education: mental health professional or degrees as listed; relevant licenses may apply.
• Experience: MH experience or 1–2 years in behavioral/mental health.
• License: valid driver's license and auto insurance requirements.
• Knowledge/Abilities: calm in urgent situations, strong communication, ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Provide crisis response and intervention during calls in community or home settings.
• Complete related data entry and documentation per policy.
• During on-call, respond within 1-hour region and coordinate with on-call partner.
