Qualifications

• Education: mental health professional as defined by Iowa Code 228.1 or equivalent degrees.
• Experience in behavioral or mental health services may be required per education level.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response and intervention in community or home settings.
• Complete related data entry and documentation according to policy.
• Be available during on-call shifts and respond within a 1-hour region.
