Protouch Staffing seeks a Mental Health Professional / Clinical Supervisor to join a regional Mobile Crisis Response team serving East Central Minnesota. The role blends clinical leadership, supervision, crisis intervention, and direct patient care to reduce hospitalizations.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practices, on-call rotation, and on-site weekday presence in Mora, MN, with some overnights/work-from-home shifts. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP/Psychiatric Nurse Specialist).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in behavioral health sciences or a human services field.
• Ability to work rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts; 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and direct crisis intervention for a regional mobile crisis team.
• Ensure compliant clinical supervision and triage high-acuity crisis calls.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver culturally responsive crisis stabilization.
• Support community stabilization while helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
