We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Professional / Clinical Supervisor to join a regional Mobile Crisis Response team serving communities across East Central Minnesota.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and strengthen a community-based crisis response program focused on high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. The role combines clinical leadership, supervision, crisis intervention, and direct patient care.

The position provides clinical guidance to practitioners, supports individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, and promotes community stabilization while helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.

Position Summary

The Mental Health Professional / Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, consultation, and direct crisis intervention for a regional mobile crisis team.

This dual-function role is responsible for providing compliant clinical supervision, triaging high-acuity crisis calls, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive crisis stabilization services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be fully and independently licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota, such as:
  • LICSW
  • LMFT
  • LPCC
  • LP
  • Psychiatric Nurse Specialist
• Master's or Doctoral degree in behavioral health sciences or a human services field from an accredited university.
• Board-approved or eligible to provide clinical supervision according to MN DHS and licensing board guidelines.
• Ability to work rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 on-call coverage rotation.
• Regular weekday daytime on-site presence required at the primary office in Mora, MN.
• Overnight and weekend shifts are work-from-home.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to travel throughout the regional service area.

Schedule & Work Location

• Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered.
• Rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Participation in on-call coverage required.
• Weekday daytime on-site presence required.
• Overnight and weekend shifts are work-from-home.
• Regional travel and in-person crisis response required.
• Location: Mora, MN, serving Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties.
