Protouch Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Practitioners to join a Mobile Crisis Response team serving East Central Minnesota, including Mora. The role involves immediate, face-to-face mental health crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization to individuals in crisis.

The selected candidate will work with law enforcement, emergency departments, and community organizations to connect clients with ongoing care, travel regionally, and participate in a 24/7/365 on-call

Formación

• Must meet Minnesota DHS qualification requirements for a Mental Health Practitioner/Behavioral Health Practitioner through an eligible degree, clinical experience, or credentialing pathway.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face mental health crisis assessments and evaluate immediate client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and short-term stabilization services.
• Develop individualized crisis intervention and safety plans.
• Coordinate referrals to ongoing mental health services, substance use programs, and community resources.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency departments, county social services, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Minnesota DHS requirements.
• Assist with client transportation and care transitions when necessary.
• Provide mobile crisis response services throughout the assigned service area.
