Northern Pines Mental Health Center seeks a Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver rapid, face-to-face mobile crisis intervention and stabilization across Region 7E, serving Mora, MN. You will conduct crisis assessments, deliver short-term interventions, and connect clients to ongoing community resources.

This full-time role features rotating day/evening/overnight/weekend shifts and on-call coverage. Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a $3,000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• Must meet MN DHS qualification requirements for a Mental Health Practitioner.
• Rotating shift schedule (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) with 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
• On-site presence required during weekday daytime hours at Mora, MN; overnights/weekends may be work from home.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and regional travel required.
• Must complete onboarding, DHS-mandated training, and credentialing paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Crisis Assessment & Triage: Conduct immediate face-to-face evaluations to determine emergency service needs.
• Immediate Crisis Intervention: Deliver short-term clinical interventions to alleviate distress and support coping.
• Treatment Planning & Stabilization: Develop and monitor crisis plans and after-crisis care coordination.
• Care Coordination & Referrals: Facilitate warm handoffs to long-term services and community resources.
• Community Collaboration: Partner with law enforcement, EDs, social services, and community agencies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records per DHS standards and HIPAA guidelines.
• Client Transport & Field Work: Provide safe client transportation as needed within the service area.
