Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. in Lompoc, CA is seeking a Mobile Crisis LVN to join our Mobile Response Team.

You will respond to mental health crisis calls, travel to the scene, provide crisis intervention, assess and document holds, and help de-escalate situations to connect clients with care. The role requires current California LVN licensure, a valid CA driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and experience in mental health nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as an LVN.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Current CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis.
• Travel to the caller location and provide crisis intervention services.
• Assess and document holds as part of crisis response.
• Supervise the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).
