HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking an Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC to lead a growing Mobile Crisis Team within a nonprofit behavioral health organization. This role directs a community-based mobile crisis program while staying clinically active when the team needs extra support.

LCSW / LPCC Responsibilities:

Schedule

• 40 hours/week, generally Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on program needs
• On-site 2–3 days/week (full-time on-site preferred)
• Director-level on-call escalation, with additional incentive pay

Leadership (~75%)

• Lead day-to-day operations of the mobile crisis program
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team: clinicians, peer support, care coordinators
• Recruit, onboard, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• Develop crisis protocols, workflows, and staff training
• Ensure 24/7 staffing, scheduling, and coverageCoordinate with 988, hospitals, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners
• Track response times, utilization, documentation, and outcomes
• Drive program growth, quality improvement, and compliance

Clinical (~25%)

• Provide direct mobile crisis response when the team needs added support
• Deliver assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and stabilization for behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring crises

LCSW / LPCC Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current LCSW or LPCC license
• Clinical supervision credential strongly preferred
• 5+ years behavioral health experience; 3+ years in supervision/leadership
• Crisis intervention, mobile crisis, or community mental health background
• Strong skills in crisis assessment, suicide risk assessment, safety planning, trauma-informed care
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• CCBHC, 988, NM Medicaid, or crisis regulation experience a plus
• Valid driver's license, able to travel within service area

LCSW / LPCC Compensation:

• $100,000–$120,000/year, based on experience and on-site availability
• On-call incentive pay
• $5,000 relocation assistance
