Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Clinician to join the CBHC MCI program. The role involves crisis assessment, stabilization, and rapid response either on-site or in the community, as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Primary duties include telephone triage, crisis intervention with evaluation and referrals, and post-stabilization follow-up. Orientation and licensure track hours are provided, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's level clinician with licensure or pursuing licensure
• Experience in crisis intervention settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization for individuals in crisis
• Conduct telephone triage and on-site crisis intervention
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with healthcare and community providers
• Liaise with CBHC Mobile Crisis Intervention team to ensure continuity of care
