Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Experience with at-risk youth or families preferred.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides mobile crisis response and assessment during youth crises.
• Collaborates with community crisis teams and assesses family needs.
• Completes documentation in an electronic medical record system.
