Youth Villages seeks a Crisis Response Counselor (Master's Preferred) to deliver mobile crisis response and strength-based assessments for youth up to age 18 in home or community settings.

The role includes risk evaluation, immediate stabilization planning, and collaboration with families and partners, with ongoing treatment until long-term services are arranged. A Master's degree and licensure (or in progress) are preferred; flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a clinical or mental health discipline is required.
• Provisional licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or working toward licensure is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessment of youth and families during crises in their natural environments.
• Utilizes crisis respite homes when appropriate.
• Provides ongoing treatment and intervention to support the youth/family until appropriate services are secured.
• Maintains accurate documentation in an EMR system.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and clinical supervision.
