Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurses must hold Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification (ANCC).
• Must be actively pursuing independent licensure and comply with supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis intervention, clinical assessments, de-escalation, and stabilization services.
• Develop and implement individualized safety plans and provide supportive therapeutic interventions.
• Connect individuals with community resources, treatment providers, and ongoing behavioral health services.
• Coordinate care with internal departments, external agencies, and community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist with 988 operations and crisis response activities as assigned.
• Support residential care and stabilization services when needed.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and required reports.
