Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent KY licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/Psychologist or equivalent).
• Ability to independently conduct clinical and risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention principles, suicide risk assessment, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong verbal and written communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced mobile behavioral health crisis services including de-escalation, safety planning, stabilization, and functional support.
• Conduct comprehensive crisis, diagnostic, and risk assessments in the community and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Provide brief individual, family, or group interventions and independently develop crisis care plans or initial treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to resolve crises and facilitate access to resources.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality documentation of all client contacts and interventions.
