Qualifications

• Master degree in counseling, social work or related field required.
• Must qualify as a QMHP.
• Strong communication and quick rapport-building skills.
• Teamwork, judgment, and ability to supervise as needed.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Present workshops, lectures and training to clients and groups.
• Engage with law enforcement for staffing and follow-up calls.
• Assist leadership with grant reporting.
• Monitor team behavior using available data and standards.
• Respond to 911 crisis calls and de-escalate as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation per regulatory requirements.
