Youth Villages in Clarksville, TN seeks a Crisis Response Counselor to provide mobile crisis response and rapid assessment for youth in homes and communities. You will work with families to stabilize youth and arrange ongoing services while documenting in EMR.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a social services discipline, licensure is preferred or pursued, and a flexible, organized communicator ready to serve at-risk youth and families across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred or working toward licensure.
• Experience with at-risk youth and families is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide mobile crisis response and strength-based assessment of youth and families in their natural environments.
• Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate.
• Provide ongoing treatment and intervention until appropriate services are secured.
• Collaborate with adult crisis teams and community partners.
• Attend three weekly meetings for professional development.
• Complete accurate documentation in an EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
