Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• Maryland licensure LMSW/LGPC required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health/substance use/crisis settings.
• In good standing with Maryland licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls with face-to-face intervention and stabilization.
• Conduct initial crisis assessments and create short-term follow-up plans.
• Provide crisis counseling and follow-up as specified.
• Determine and implement safest disposition with warm handoffs to supports.
• Coordinate services with partners and first responders.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with community agencies.
• Participate in follow-up planning and meetings with clients and teams.
• Adhere to PCS policies and maintain confidentiality.
