Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a licensed-eligible Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join the CR2 team in Northern Virginia. This full-time role involves mobile crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and intensive counseling to stabilize clients with mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

The position requires a master’s degree in a license-eligible field and Virginia licensure eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with QMHP accepted.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible field.
• License-eligible as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
• QMHP applicants accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis intervention, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Deliver intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.
• Lead meetings to engage support networks and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Create service plans tailored to client needs and maintain detailed documentation.
• May participate in rotating on-call schedule; travel to specified counties/cities.
