Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a licensed-eligible Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join the CR2 team in Northern Virginia. This full-time role involves mobile crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and intensive counseling to stabilize clients with mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

The position requires a master’s degree in a license-eligible field and Virginia licensure eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with QMHP accepted.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts 9:00am-9:00pm and (1) 4-hour shift

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.

Your Role In Our Mission

The CR2 Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This response includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize the client and reduce hospitalization risk. The MCC also leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team for coordinating care. Additionally, this position requires maintaining accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions. The MCC may participate in our rotating on-call schedule. This position includes community travel to the following counties and cities: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. (Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the mentioned areas).

Our Benefits & Compensation Include

• Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a license-eligible field.
• License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
• Now accepting QMHP applicants as well.
• Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making.
• 1 years' experience with mental health populations preferred.
• Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
