Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a licensed-eligible Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join the CR2 team in Northern Virginia. This full-time role involves immediate mobile crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.

You will travel across Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, engage support networks, document all interactions, and participate in rotating on-call shifts, with a 3

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible field.
• License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
• QMHP applicants accepted.
• Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making.
• 1 year of experience with mental health populations preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate mobile crisis intervention, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Deliver intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk.
• Lead meetings with support networks and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
• Travel within Northern Virginia counties and participate in rotating on-call shifts.
