Job summary
David Lawrence Centers For Behavioral Health in Naples, FL is seeking a Clinician for our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MRT) at the Master's level. This full-time role provides 24/7 crisis intervention in the community, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and MRT staff to support clients and families.
The position requires a Master's degree, Florida driver's license, 2+ years' experience, and ability to travel between sites.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of related mental health crisis environment experience.
- Current Florida Driver's License.
- Ability to work across diverse populations and settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and EMR systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to crisis situations with risk assessments and safety planning.
- Provide clinical services for assessment, care, and treatment in varied settings.
- Travel between service sites, homes, and community locations as needed.
- Deliver crisis intervention counseling and connect clients to appropriate resources.
- Support documentation and coordination with the multidisciplinary MRT team.
