Job summary

The position requires a Master’s degree, 2+ years of related experience, and a Florida driver’s license. Training is provided; some after-hours and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Health Care Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Current Florida Driver's License.
• Experience with diverse populations; program implementation skills; age-related or specialty needs.
• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Pass Level II DCF fingerprinting and background checks; immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis situations, perform risk assessments and safety planning.
• Provide a range of clinical services in school, home, and community settings.
• Travel to multiple sites, homes, or residences within the service area.
• Deliver comprehensive crisis intervention counseling.
• Coordinate with DLC resources and community services for higher levels of care.
• Support the MRT team and participate in after-hours coverage as needed.
