Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, or related human services field.
• Minimum 1 year full-time experience with adults experiencing serious mental illness, or 3 years with a bachelor’s plus experience.
• Ability to travel locally to clients’ homes and training locations.
• Ability to complete approved mental health targeted case management training within 3 months.
• Knowledge of local resources for adults with serious mental illness.
• Knowledge of state and federal statutes affecting the target population.
• Ability to provide integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services.
