LifeView Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for Mobile Response Team (MRT) to support residents of Northwest Florida.

The role involves coordinating access to medical, social and educational services and delivering integrated behavioral health and substance use support in home and community settings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with adults experiencing serious mental illness, plus ability to travel locally and complete required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, or related human services field.
• One year of full-time or equivalent experience with adults experiencing serious mental illness.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with three years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel locally to clients’ homes and training locations.
• Ability to complete targeted case management training within three months.
• Knowledge of local resources for adults with serious mental illness.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal statutes and policies.
• Ability to provide integrated mental health and substance use services.
• Ability to pass organization background screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
