Job summary

LifeView Group, in Florida, is seeking a licensed clinical professional for a hybrid daytime role with on-call rotation. The Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides 24/7 crisis intervention across multiple counties, with a sign-on bonus of $1000.

The incumbent will deliver direct, client-centered therapy and risk management in a community-based setting. The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and a Florida LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license, with 2+ years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two years’ experience with mental health, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client-centered therapeutic services including assessment, safety planning, and direct service provision.
• Manage client risk and coordinate care with mobile response team and community partners.
