Santé Group is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our Regional Mobile Response Team in Westminster, MD. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 12am–8am, and focuses on crisis assessment, intervention, and coordination with families and community partners.
The role requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, MD licensure (LMSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC), and at least two years of crisis experience; a driver's license and auto insurance are also required.

Santé is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinicians to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Westminster, MD (Carroll County). This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 12am to 8am.
As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.
This is an in-person role. NOT REMOTE.
