Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Case Manager in Utah. You will provide mobile crisis support for mental health or substance use crises and work to resolve crises while maintaining client dignity and growth.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, adherence to professional boundaries, and the ability to learn from feedback. A valid driver's license and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• SSW License preferred.
• 12 months of experience in social service programs preferred.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis assistance and treatment to community members in mental health or substance use crises.
• Facilitate crisis resolution while maintaining client dignity, self-direction, and personal growth.
• Coordinate high-acuity care and provide flexible support during emergencies.
• Assist with Crisis Stabilization Center needs.
