Zusammenfassung

CMMHC in St. Cloud is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner to provide community-based mental health services within our Crisis Program.

Under supervision of a Mental Health Professional, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other programs and providers to support individuals in crisis. You will engage in mobile outreach, respond to crisis lines, and work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• MHP qualification required.
• 4,000 hours working with individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, or chemical dependency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field with practicum/internship focused on behavioral sciences.
• Master’s degree or another graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Clear DHS background study; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CPR and Medication Training completed.

Aufgaben

• Answer the mental health crisis line and provide phone intervention and triage referrals.
• Provide mobile outreach services in client homes, community, or office.
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with other programs and providers.
• Work collaboratively with a team of Behavioral Health Practitioners.
