Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is expanding its services to create a Mobile Crisis Response Team. The Case Manager will provide services to the team and assist in developing, evaluating and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in human services with relevant behavioral health experience and be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends in a community setting. A valid NM driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in human services with two years experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Working unconventional hours: weekends/evening/holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to the Mobile Crisis Response Team.
• Assist in developing, evaluating and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services.
