CraneWorks is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of crane equipment, including mobile cranes. You will read manuals and drawings, ensure safety compliance, and build customer relationships in a dynamic field role.

The position requires mechanical experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills to support service operations and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Mobile Crane Mechanic/Technician.
• Ability to diagnose defects on cranes and related equipment.
• Familiarity with CANBUS and crane control systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair crane equipment.
• Perform maintenance on mobile cranes and associated machinery.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and drawings; document work accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effective communication.
