Job summary

CraneWorks, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain crane equipment at customer sites across the Carolinas. The role requires mechanical expertise with electrical and hydraulic skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

The technician will grow the business by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and upholding high service standards. Travel and overtime are part of the role as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as mobile crane mechanic/technician.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and drawings.
• Capable of working independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain crane equipment.
• Operate cranes and inspect for defects; ensure OEM specs.
• Complete reports, time sheets, and paperwork promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
