Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair construction equipment in the field.
• Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Maintain safe work practices and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Communicates Kirby Smith vision and safety policies.
• Performs field repairs and maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnoses problems and performs repairs following guidelines and flat rates.
• Plans methods and sequence of repairs.
• Maintains vehicle and completes inspections.
• Attends factory training as required.
• Documents work performed promptly.
