Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related experience in commercial facility maintenance

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems including HVAC and electrical
• Document tasks in CMMS and maintain equipment histories
• Input data for work orders and track progress
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies
