Qualifications

• 4–5 years of commercial HVAC experience or related field.
• Valid driver's license and EPA Universal/608 certification required.
• Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting 50 lbs+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose failures and determine best action for modifications and repairs.
• Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance; document work in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles to job sites and coordinate with team members.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor others while ensuring quality work.
