McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team. You will deliver personal care and lifestyle services across our developments, traveling between sites as needed.

The role combines personal care with domestic duties, including light housekeeping and companionship, with training provided for career development and the potential to progress to a senior care role.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred, training provided for career change.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Willingness to travel between developments and work across a mobile field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalised care, assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication support.
• Maintain and clean communal areas, ensure a welcoming environment for homeowners.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments for residents.
• Travel between McCarthy Stone developments to deliver care services.
