Qualifications

• Warm, friendly and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Team player, reliable and willing to learn.
• Over 18 years old; driving preferred but not essential.
• Care experience or Health & Social Care Level 2 is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily routines.
• Organise and join in with activities.
• Book appointments and help with practical tasks.
• Escort residents on outings and appointments.
• Be a consistent, friendly presence in residents' lives.
• Light cleaning and domestic duties.
